YourSpace is a new approach to the interior design process created for the 21st century that invites you to partner with Crossroads Interiors design professionals on a room-by-room basis. You provide a few details about your room, your desires, likes and dislikes. We provide a detailed design solution and the resources you’ll need, all delivered to you in a complete, beautiful, easy-to-understand package, and all at a fixed price per room. You can then access the resources provided and pull the design plan together yourself.
By using phone, email, digital photography and other 21st century communication tools, we can work together so that you can have the customized interior design experience you desire. Through YourSpace, you’ll also have access to literally thousands of resources not otherwise available to consumers. Or, you can choose from more familiar, consumer-oriented retail companies to achieve the look and quality you want. It’s your choice because it’s YourSpace.
How does YourSpace work?
When you choose YourSpace, you’re choosing to become intimately involved in the professional interior design experience for your home.
First, we begin a process designed to help us understand your home, your tastes, the room or rooms you’re focusing on, and your budget. We’ll ask you to send us digital photographs of the room(s) in question, photos of other rooms in your home and a few photos of your home’s exterior. We’ll also ask you to provide the dimensions of the room(s) we’ll be working on. And don’t worry, we’ll walk you through exactly what you need to do.
Next, we’ll provide a questionnaire for you to complete. Your answers will help us get a sense of your tastes and desires.
After we’ve gathered all the information we need, we’ll start to create your personalized design solution. And in four to six weeks, you’ll receive an elegant presentation package containing our Master Plan for your room including:
A design concept board incorporating sketches, magazine images, color swatches, etc. that have served as inspiration for your customized design solution.
A detailed furniture placement plan.
Samples of fabric, wallpaper, paint colors, flooring, tile, lighting, etc. that we’re recommending for your space.
A complete list of resources for all recommended products, including their contact information.
A thorough explanation of exactly how to execute the plan so it comes together exactly the way you want it to.
